UPS Management and the UPS Payroll Department incorrectly deducted dues twice for Teamster members within Joint Council 10 for this payroll period. The New England UPS Negotiating Committee and your Teamsters Local Union immediately notified UPS Management of this dues error.
UPS Management is responsible for this dues deduction error per Article 3 Section 3 of the Contract. UPS Management has fully acknowledged responsibility for this error.
UPS will provide all affected members with a “live” check for the incorrect dues deduction on Friday, February 8, 2019. The “live” checks will be available at your work location so be sure to check with your UPS Center Manager.
Please be advised that this check is “live” and “not direct deposited”.
